Press Release Author = Wendy Ingram/Golddigga Entertainment
Industry = Entertainment
Press Release Summary = Keldamuzik, Female Hip Hop Artist from the Bay Area, got pepper sprayed by SJPD late Tuesday night while taping footage of the Mardi Gras celebration for her reality series, Diva TV.
Press Release Body = Apparently the rapper was walking with a large camera crew in downtown San Jose, and a massive audience was following her, ready to be seen on camera. SJPD, on horse and in squad cars, warned the camera crew that they should move out the way and keep walking. Obviously fans wanted to be caught on tape and stopped Keldamuzik and her crew, after screaming out names and giving the female props for her reality series. An undercover SJPD Officer allegedly sprayed Keldamuzik, crew member Edward Neitco and a few others in their faces with pepper spray. Keldamuzik was temporarily blinded, but recovered shortly after. She and her crew left the scene right after the spraying incident.
\"It seems that nowadays the Police expect their weapons to do the dirty work for them. I think they believe that without their weapons they are powerless and can\'t solve issues. It\'s a shame that they just sprayed us like we were ants in a pile, they don\'t have any respect for us at all and they really act like they\'re not humans either, just because they have a badge on,\" the female rapper explained, while pouring a cup of water over her face.
The entire wild scene was caught on tape and will broadcast on Keldamuzik\'s Diva TV reality series on 27 public access stations in the Bay Area California and on YouTube. Keldamuzik is a Hip Hop artist from the Bay Area, who has released an album entitled \"Shut Up, Listen\" and is prepared to release another this spring 2007 entitled \"Diva.\" The rapper created her own reality series Diva TV to broadcast her life experience in the entertainment industry, and to showcase to her local fans what she is doing with her career. After performing at numerous venues including Zazoos, 1015 Folsom and the San Mateo Expo, no spray or undercover cop is going to stop her from succeeding as an entertainer.
